:::Event Cancellation Insurance

Insuring your event is fast and easy!
   
The Event Cancellation Insurance Program provides quick access to Event Cancellation Insurance.

Event Cancellation provides coverage for many perils, including:

  • Adverse Weather* (Only if policy is purchased 15 days in advance)
  • Earthquake, Flood, Tsunami
  • Terrorist act resulting in damage to the venue
  • Venues deemed unusable
  • Various other perils

There is no deductible for one time event.  Deductible only applies if the number of shows is 20 or more, then deductible is 1 show per 20 shows.

If you would like a quote on General Liability for your event including Event Cancellation Insurance, please complete the online application for the Special Event Insurance Program.

 

 

 

 

 

*Adverse Weather needs to be dangerous or impossible for the event to continue.  Drizzle or rain alone will not trigger coverage.
